Time Drift

This alert is triggered when a time gap is detected between the current time (UTC) on the MTR Windows device and the time (UTC) of the Teams Rooms Pro Management service. As a result, sign in issues may occur (such as federated authentication with AD FS), updates failing to install, and scheduled meetings not appearing on devices.

Default Credentials

MTR Pro management security services has detected a local Administrator account on Windows named “Admin” with a default password. We strongly recommend that you change the default password as soon as possible after you complete setup.

After resetting the default password or disabling the default account, changes may take 2–4 hours to reflect in this alert.

Calendar Sync
